We all lose our way. In those moments, we need people with vision and wisdom to walk us through life's complicated terrain. All of our practitioners are either monks or those with at least 15 formal years of grounded spiritual practice.
The source. Not the simulation.
Every reply is recorded by a living monk — in their own voice, on their own time. You will hear them breathe.
There is no model, no autocomplete, no synthetic warmth. Just the question you asked, and the person who answered it.
The reply you receive is the distillation of decades of silence. You cannot prompt-engineer that.
Keepers of wisdom
“Who looks outside, dreams.
Who looks inside, awakens.”
— Carl Jung
How it works
Type it, or speak it. The shorter the question, the closer to the bone.
A monk will hear it. Not instantly. Wisdom does not run on a queue.
When the reply lands, you will receive it — in voice or video. Sit with it. Twice.
Example questions
Others have sat with these. Yours need not be polished — only honest.
Or ask something only you would ask.
Teachers
Specialty — Reflective Clarity
As a Reflector in Human Design, Nick has a rare capacity to absorb, know, and reflect the context of a person's life — clearly and without distortion. This capacity allows Nick to see a person so precisely that their path forward is revealed without effort.
Practice
Over 16 years of contemplative sitting practice, including training under Tibetan Lama Dawa Tarchin Phillips, months in Thailand under Thai monk Pi Nan, and two years in deep practice at Upaya Zen Center under Roshi Joan Halifax.
The Method
Simple, and profoundly powerful: you will feel deeply seen.
He stays with you until there is real understanding — because from that place, the right path reveals itself.
Specialty — Stillness in Motion
Tristan has been on a spiritual path of transformation since the year 2000, with a strong focus on meditation and inner work. Trained in Modern-Day Meditation™ and Breakthrough Breathwork™ in Colorado, she meets people in the noise of modern life and returns them, gently, to the quiet underneath it.
Practice
Practicing since January 2000, teaching professionally since 2012. Founder and CEO of FLOW — selected for both the Startup Reykjavik accelerator and Vodafone's Stökkpallurinn Launch Pad in 2016.
The Method
Come back to the breath. Come back to yourself.
Tristan's guidance is rooted in family, nature, healing, and the slow disciplines of presence — meditation as a way of living, not a technique to perform.
